At the onset of the heavy storm, frightened people ran to find shelter.
****Due to lack of recent student participation the Wellness Center will be closed after school for the remainder of the school year.
Social Studies Club: the club takes place on Wednesdays in room 823 from 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm with Ms. Pazmino. Open to all grades!!!
Robotics: Robotics will be in room 536 on Thursdays with Mr. Mollica from 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm.
6th Grade Student Council: 6th Grade Student Council will meet with Ms. Nardone, Wednesday, May 22, 2024 after school in the Large Cafeteria for our Pizza Party from 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm.
7th Grade Student Council: 7th Grade Student Council will meet Tuesday, May 14, 2024 in room 706 with Ms. Molloy.
7th & 8th Grade Student Council: 7th and 8th Grade Student Council will be meeting on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 in room 706 with Ms. Molloy.
6th Grade Intramurals: the program will run after school and meet in room 615. The club runs from 2:30 pm - 3:25 pm. on Mondays and Thursdays. You must know your late bus. 6th Grade Intramurals will play outside, so students need to dress accordingly. See Ms. Ferrante with any questions or concerns.
6,7,and 8th Grade Toy Making Club: Toy Making Club takes place on Mondays with Mr. Kaplan, in room 534. It will run from 2:30 pm -3:30 pm for the Spring Session.
Debate Club: meets on Mondays in room 822 from 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm with Mrs, Yarborough and Mrs. Ford Hurt. All grades are welcome.
Newspaper Club: meets on Wednesdays, in room 700 from 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm. with Mrs. Yarborough and Mrs. Greer. All grades are welcome.
Chess Club: meets on Mondays, in Room 501 after school from 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm. All skill levels are welcome. Please know your late bus number before coming to Chess Club.
Anime Club: club will have it’s last meeting of this school year on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 with Ms. Lo Russo in room 806 from 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm. See you there!
The YES Program: The club runs from 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm in the Small Cafeteria, Monday - Friday. Permission slips can be picked up in the guidance and main office,
The Girl Scouts: Girl Scouts Explorations will be meeting on Thursdays, in the Small Cafeteria from 2:30 pm- 3:30 pm. with Diane. Permission slips can be picked up in the main office.
Leaders Of The Future: the club will meet on Tuesdays in room 716 from 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm. with Miss Alvarez.
Homework Club: will take place Mondays - Thursdays. Monday in room 806, Tuesday in room 914, Wednesday in room 706 and Thursday in room 917 from 2:30 pm -3:30 pm. Sign ups are on the library door in the morning of the day you wish to attend the club.
The Write Way: Íæż½ã½ã Middle Schools very own creative writing club will meet on Thursdays, after school in room 608. Feel free to bring poems, stories, or any other creative writing to share with other wordsmiths! Please know your late bus number.
Art Club: the club will meet on Wednesdays from 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm. All students must have a permission slip prior to attending. Space is limited. See Mrs. Turin in room 613 for your permission slip to sign up!
Broadcast News: will meet every Monday and Thursday in room 721 with Mrs. Lessing from 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm.
7th & 8th Grade Jazz Band: takes place Wednesdays from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm with Ms. White.
Chamber Orchestra: Chamber Orchestra will take place on Tuesdays with Mr. Leonhardt in the orchestra room from 2:30pm-3:30 pm.
