Fifth Avenue ElementaryStudents in Ms. Moyse's class at Fifth Avenue School took part in an interactive science lesson that helped them understand their shadows. They began by tracing their shadows at 10:00 a.m. and then again at 1:00 p.m. so they could see the differences in location and learn about why their shadows moved.

Book Vending Machine Comes to Fifth Avenue4/12/2023
Fifth Avenue ElementaryStudents at Fifth Avenue School have a new way to grow their personal libraries. A book vending machine filled with favorite literary works has been added to the school. Students will be able to earn tokens for the vending machine by being recognized as Bucket Fillers. The first group of Bucket Fillers helped to cut the ribbon and selected the first books from the machine.

News of Íæż½ã½ãwide InterestSouth Country School Physical Education teachers spent a Saturday laying down colorful coats of paint for the school’s new set of street games. Students have enjoyed playing the games during both recess and gym class.
